About Me

I provide a warm, trauma-informed, and attuned therapeutic space for adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, or unresolved relational and developmental experiences. Many of the clients I work with describe feeling “stuck” — caught between high expectations, people-pleasing patterns, perfectionism, or a long-standing habit of holding everything together on their own. My work focuses on helping clients better understand their emotional and nervous-system responses, explore where long-standing patterns come from, and develop greater internal stability and self-trust. I support clients in learning how to regulate stress, relate to their emotions with more clarity and compassion, and build a stronger internal foundation so daily life feels more manageable and grounded.

I work from an integrative, trauma-informed perspective, drawing on EMDR therapy, psychodynamic and relational approaches, nervous-system regulation, and mindfulness-based practices. My style is collaborative, paced, and compassionate, with sensitivity to clients who are highly sensitive, intellectually driven, or accustomed to suppressing their emotional needs to function. Whether we are working through anxiety, immigration-related stress, developmental or attachment wounds, burnout, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, my role is to support meaningful insight, emotional regulation, and long-term resilience — not just symptom relief, but deeper internal change.
