About Me
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and I bring close to a decade of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and I’ve also spent several years teaching as a Senior Lecturer.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals across different age groups, as well as couples, supporting them through a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. I work with teens and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Some of the areas I commonly support include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship concerns. You might be navigating difficult patterns in relationships, experiencing emotional ups and downs, or trying to make sense of your past and how it’s impacting your present. While these are some of my main areas of focus, I also support clients with a wide range of concerns.
I see therapy as a collaborative and supportive space where you don’t have to go through things alone. My approach is warm, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs.
At the heart of my work is helping you better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
In our sessions, you can expect a space that is safe, non-judgmental, and supportive. I aim to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
I believe therapy is not just about coping—it’s also about growth, clarity, and lasting change.
