About Me
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAHMP). As a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional, I am committed to providing impactful therapy and support to individuals facing mental health challenges. With over six years of experience in the field, I have honed my skills in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), enabling me to effectively address a wide range of mental health concerns. My journey in mental health spans diverse settings, including private practice and community organizations, where I have had the privilege of working with both adults and children. Utilizing the tools and techniques of therapy, my objective is to empower clients by equipping them with tangible strategies for emotional regulation during times of crisis. Moreover, I aim to assist clients in identifying and transforming patterns of thinking and behavior that may be perpetuating distress in their lives.
