About Me
Life can feel overwhelming at times – filled with constant demands, shifting priorities, and very little space to pause and breathe. My goal is to offer a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where clients can slow down, reflect, and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for them.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). I bring over eight years of experience in clinical psychology working for hospitals, clinics and employee wellness programs across India and Canada, allowing me to offer a supportive, culturally aware, and practical approach to therapy. I support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, workplace and career pressures, life transitions, trauma, grief, and loss. My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, somatic, and strength-based approaches. In addition to my clinical work, I also provide guidance to young professionals in the field, providing mentorship on career development and professional growth
