About Me
If you’re feeling weighed down by overwhelming emotions, facing major life changes, or finding yourself caught in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship struggles, you don’t have to go through it alone. I provide a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to heal—one step at a time
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAHMP). I hold a PhD. degree in Clinical Psychology and my extensive experience of over 25 years in academics, research and clinical practise in the field of mental health allows me to provide compassionate support to adults, youth, and couples or families navigating a variety of challenges. My work has focused on developing culturally sensitive assessment tools, understanding various factors contributing to individuals mental well being, exploring the role of obstacles and protective factors in mental health, as well as efficacy of different therapeutic techniques that address the unique needs of diverse populations. I am dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings, make sense of their experiences and work towards healing and growth.
