With your consent, when sharing information is reasonably necessary to deliver clinical or consultation services (for example, with another health provider or a supervised clinician).

Client records are retained for at least ten (10) years from the date of the last interaction with the client, or for ten (10) years from the date the client turns 18, whichever is later, in accordance with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) standards. After the required retention period, records are permanently and securely destroyed.
